[ Sound familiar? ]

Six things you already know.

If more than a couple land, you already know what this is costing you.

You dread the stairs before you dread the fire.
You're a full step slower than your probie self and you feel it on scene.
You come home from shift with nothing left for your life.
You're winging workouts and hoping muscle memory shows up when it counts.
You've watched slower guys get promoted while you kept coasting.
You know one bad call could expose exactly how out of shape you've gotten.

Meet Coach Mitch

I got the job. Then I lost myself.

Mitch spent years preparing to become a firefighter. But after reaching the goal, his training slipped, his drive faded, and he found himself going through the motions.

Rebuilding his fitness gave him more than strength. It gave him a system for restoring discipline, energy, and confidence - the same system he now uses to coach other first responders.

[ Is this for you? ]

Who this is for.

This is for you if
  • You want to come home from shift with energy left for your life.
  • You're done guessing and want a plan built around your shift cycle.
  • You want to lead from the front, not be the guy the crew covers for.
  • You've tried apps and PDFs and none of them survived a 24.
  • You know your body is your gear, and gear needs maintenance.
This is NOT for you if
  • You want a quick fix and no accountability.
  • You're not open to being coached.
  • You think another app or bootcamp will finally stick.
  • You'd rather stay comfortable than get honest.
[ Questions ]

Real answers. No fluff.

I work 24/48 shifts. Can I actually fit this in?+

Yes. Sessions are built around shift work, 30–45 minute lifts you can do at the station or off-shift, with lighter recovery days coded for post-shift fatigue.

I've got old injuries, back, knees, shoulders. Is this safe?+

Every program is customized. During onboarding we screen for injury history and swap movements accordingly. The whole system is built to keep you on the job longer, not break you.

What equipment do I need?+

A commercial gym, a station gym, or a garage with a barbell, dumbbells, and a pull-up bar will cover 95% of what we program.

How long until I see results?+

Most guys drop noticeable weight and add measurable strength in the first 6–8 weeks. Real body composition and CPAT-level performance changes land around week 12.

Is this only for firefighters?+

It's built for firefighters, but medics, LEOs, military, and first responder spouses run the same system with the same results.

What if it's not for me?+

Coaching is month-to-month. If it's not the right fit, you can cancel anytime, no hard feelings.

If you've read this far, you're ready.

Every shift you stay stuck is a shift your crew, your life, and your future self are paying for.
